Tuesday, June 30th:

Chris Giorni of Tree Frog Treks stopped by to offer up all the wonders of wild science! He brought critters, he blew things up (not the critters though), and reminded us all that there are plenty of programs this summer to help kids get out and live science rather than just read about it. Giorni also wanted to remind Fogheads it is very important to Save The Frogs.

Monday, June 29th:

Webster and the gang called on the wisdom of Fogheads to help a fellow music lover this morning. Foghead Nicole emailed that she was going to be driving back to the Bay Area, from Alaska, and wanted to make a "mix tape" of California/San Francisco songs for the journey. Here's what we came up with: "Estimated Prophet" by the Grateful Dead, "Lights" by Journey, Green Day's "American Idiot", "(Wake Me Up) In San Francisco" by The Welcome Matt, Otis Redding's "(Sittin' on the) Dock of the Bay", Counting Crows "Sullivan Street", Brett Dennen's "San Francisco", Eric Clapton's live version of "San Francisco Bay Blues", and two from the Decemberists "Grace Cathederal Hill" and "O Valencia!"

Every Monday KFOG spends time with TV Critic Tim Goodman (SF Chronicle), today Tim talked about "Hung" (HBO) and he answered questions from Fogheads.

David Byrne plays this Friday at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley.

Usually we reserve Mondays for TV Talk with Tim Goodman (SF Chronicle), but since Elvis Costello was in studio Monday Tim was ruthlessly bumped to today... and boy was he bitter about it, he unleashed a wrath of of fury all over "Jon & Kate Plus 8." Listen to the interview here.
