The Shins are certainly busy. They have recently lent music to the soundtrack for Amazon’s The Man in the High Castle. They’re co-headlining with Spoon this year for respective albums Heartworms and Hot Thoughts. Plus, James Mercer and the band are running a contest to give away their tour van to the person who does the best cover of their latest songs. Tuesday, The Shins made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel for a two-song set for “The Fear” and “Half a Million.”
