Outside Lands is the big event of the weekend in the Bay Area, but isn’t the cheapest way to have fun. Luckily No Name found one festivalgoer who found out how to get a pass to Outside Lands for free…and completely legally.

Volunteer for a food truck. So simple, so easy.

J.J. went to an Off The Grid location at the Serramonte Mall and offered to volunteer at the festival. He snagged a shift with a food truck, and gets to see most of the festival for free.

“You go to them and basically ask them, ‘Hey, can I work for you guys on certain events?'” J.J. told No Name. “And you ask for Outside Lands.”
