Arthur chats with local neXt2rock finalist SNOWCRASH

Mornings on KFOG host Arthur chats with local neXt2rock finalist SNOWCRASH. Growing up in the San Francisco suburbs, Brad G. is SNOWCRASH, a electronic indie pop solo artist. With an eclectic list of influences ranging from legends Led Zepplin, Jimi Hendrix to more modern artists like OK GO and FJK, 20 year old SNOWCRASH is a sophomore at Brown University in Providence, RI seeking a degree in computer science.

With just starting to play shows around campus, Brad entered the contest because “KFOG is one of my favorite radio stations where I heard it, decided to take a chance…and it’s a gamble but i’m looking forward to see what’s to come.”

What’s next? “I’ve been working on some new stuff and would like to release a new EP next year…and am looking to book a lot more shows in the Providence area, so look out” adds Brad. The neXt2rock local finalist will be announced on November 21st, and the top five nationally voted best bands will take the stage on December 12th at the iconic Viper Room in Los Angeles. The winner will receive a deal with Big Machine/John Varvatos Records and radio airplay..and be named neXt2rock.
