Beer For Breakfast with Speakeasy Ales & Lagers

This week for Beer For Breakfast Alicia and I were excited to be joined by Speakeasy Ales & Lagers, one of the original craft breweries in San Francisco. Despite being around since 1997 Speakeasy is going through a resurrection of sorts culminating in the grand opening of their remodeled tap room on Jan. 27th.

To celebrate, Clay Jordan, Director of Brewing Operations at Speakeasy, brought in their Holdout Stout and Double Daddy Imperial IPA for Alicia and me to try, and we were blown away with how tasty and unique they were.

Check out the interview below to learn about their history, relaunch, and flavor profiles of their eclectic brews.
