War on Drugs, Foo Fighters, Future Islands, and more play the Bay Area this week

It’s another amazing week of shows in the Bay Area, kicked off by the Foo Fighters, let’s just hope that Dave Grohls’ voice makes it through the whole show.

Other highlights of the week include The War on Drugs who had a second show added at the Fox due to popular demand, and Rivers Cuomo doing a solo show sans the rest of Weezer at one of the newest, and most beautiful venues in San Francisco August Hall, formerly Ruby Skye.

Lastly, don’t sleep on indie heavyweights STRFKR when they light up the Independent, and psych-pop experimenters James Supercave alongside local favorites Pink Skies at The New Parish.
