Neal Brennan, co-creator of Chappelle’s Show, called in to talk about what it has been like to work on some of TV’s most iconic shows.
Before Neal became a three-time Emmy nominee for his work with Dave Chappelle, he got his start writing for the classic MTV show Singled Out. Neal shares stories of the early days working at MTV, why it may have been the best job ever, and how it propelled him to further success.
Neal also shares his new role with the Daily Show and how he was tapped to work with host Trevor Noah to develop the show for the comedian in the wake of John Stewart’s exit.
Neal’s critically acclaimed comedy special 3 Mics is out now on Netflix, and he’ll be bringing his live act to Cobb’s Comedy October 13th and 14th.
