We have so much FOMO right now.
Disneyland held a grand opening for Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge last night (May 29), which was a literal star-studded affair.
Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, George Lucas, and Billy Dee Williams were all in attendance for the opening ceremony, and Ford even gave a sweet shoutout to late Chewbacca actor Peter Mayhew before starting up the Millennium Falcon.
“Can anyone fix this thing?”

Captain Marvel actress Brie Larson was also in attendance in the crowd, enraptured by the amazing event.
Of all the awesome things to see, Brie Larson nerding out was among my favorite. #GalaxysEdge pic.twitter.com/8afxhMYGCa

Galaxy’s Edge is so intricate in Star Wars detail. There’s even some really cool Easter Eggs like Rex from the original Star Tours ride! Apparently nothing in the new land says “Star Wars” anywhere, so you’re completely immersed in in the experience.

Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is the most MASSIVE and awesome theme park land I've ever been to. It rivals Wizarding World for intricate, loving detail. Fans are gonna go nuts trying to taste every food, find every Easter egg, and see everything.#GalaxysEdge #StarWars #Disneyland pic.twitter.com/wYFTkeCt1M
