Comedian JB Smoove called in to Mornings on KFOG with Alicia and Arthur, and boy, was it magical. JB’s character Leon Black from Curb Your Enthusiasm has become somewhat of a cultural icon, so much so that JB has even written a book of philosophy from the perspective of Leon called The Book of Leon. JB divulges how he went from an SNL castoff writer to a prominent role and a legendary sitcom in a matter of months. He also talks about what it’s like working with Larry David, and just how special their first scene together was. This is a must listen for any fan of the show!
Catch him every week on the new season of Curb, and check him out this weekend at Cobb’s Comedy Club in San Francisco.
