Noise Pop Festival has unveiled the second wave of artists that will be playing the upcoming 27th annual installment of the hugely popular festival at locations around the Bay from February 25 to March 3. The first wave of announcements included indie-rock/world music super group Beirut, indie-rocker and The Strokes guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. who’s latest song “Far Away Truths” can be found on KFOG’s Latest Blend limited edition vinyl available at Peet’s, and British alt-rockers Teenage Fan Club.

The second wave of artists added to the already stacked bill includes nearly 30 more bands highlighted by Canadian indie-pop trio Men I Trust, experimental musician Yves Tumor who released the critically acclaimed album Safe in the Hands of Love this fall, and the psychedelic-soul duo The Maria’s. The next batch of artists is set to be announced at the beginning of 2019, so stay tuned.
