Netflix has officially announced The Office will be leaving the platform for good in January 2021, as NBC Universal has secured the rights to move it to their own streaming service.

Via a tweet, Netflix shared the sad news:

We're sad that NBC has decided to take The Office back for its own streaming platform — but members can binge watch the show to their hearts' content ad-free on Netflix until January 2021

Needless to say, fans are unhappy with this decision. Time to binge all nine seasons over and over again before it ultimately gets pulled.
