Bay Area traffic sucks, we get it and, sometimes, the carpool lane looks real nice.

But you can’t fool the CHP, dummy.

On Highway 4, Contra Costa CHP stopped a solo driver in the carpool lane with a rather stiff passenger.

The passenger in question was a mannequin in a sweatshirt and lipstick and apparently not real-looking enough to trick officers.
